We identify and contact EVERY HPSA & MUA facility in the USA! We also canvas all of these facilities approximately every 3 months targeting a call frequency of no less than four times a year! After identifying each need, we attempt to recruit an American for the position. After extensive recruitment efforts, we then reconfirm that the facility meets the criteria to sponsor a J-1 waiver. Then if no American is available, we present the advantages of hiring one of our J-1 visa candidates. We perform an exhaustive pre-qualification of every opportunity!
